Today was the US release of SECRET WONDERS!!!! If you live in another country besides the US or Japan...sorry that you don't get this set. Hopefully you will soon! Anyway, I was wondering how much you think Secret wonders will affect what will be played at Cities/States/Regionals/Nationals/World this year.'

I've noticed a lot of people have found combos with cards from Secret Wonders with cards that are in Modified format. So, I think it will make a big difference about what everyone is going to play this year.


Please post what impact Secret Wonders will have this year...and why you believe that!

yeah, kinda, SW is, i think, the greatest pack out so far.
i cant wait for DP4 though, with Togekiss, leafeon, glaceon, Garchomp LV.X, etc.
 
i say it is a good Q but I realy think if people use it right it will make a huge impact this year.
Oh and HAPPY SECRET WONDERS DAY!!!!
 
Well, Target has had them since at least Saturday. I had a Gardy Lv.X Tuesday.
 
Gallade definitely gonna reduce the amounts of blisseys, then this game will turn healthier.

Amphy is simply waiting for some rock n roll damage spread partner.

flygon might be teched.

ho oh could have some potentials.

raikou works nicely with electivire.

absol can be pain to deal with.

RK9 takes the role of tech in fire decks.

bannette should see some play.

magmortar - better than the previous one.

mothim is quite playable

nidoking is amazing too. 60 + 30 for each flips, or maybe not, it's too slow..

weavile's cool power will attract some ppls to play it. Who doesnt like darkness energy?

Xatu - hmm, xatu + wailord?

breloom makes a fantastic tech against dark and psy decks (DP4..)

raticate might work awesomely with weavile, who knows?

the trainers and lvl X upsets me the most. Too much reprints...
