Has any one else heard about Phantom gate expansion?

Well I don't know where I heard this, But has any one else heard of the Phantom gate expansion for the tcg? its release date in japan is September 13th. Just wondering if any one else had heard of it. I think its pretty cool since apparently its supposed to include Mega Gengar! If this is real I cant wait for it to come out in english sets!
