Casual 1-prize decks are probably gonna love this. Think of a deck like Klawf. In that deck, Hassel can get you to those pesky Double Turbo Energies somewhat consistently. Or when your opponent does a Boss play to snipe your Brute Bonnet, you can Hassel to try to get your Status-inflicting cards back in business. It's not as reliable as Raihan, but grabbing 3 cards instead of 1 still sounds like a pretty good deal.
