It is, the English HGSS one is too. I just said 9 Pocket because the pages have 9 pockets on them.

The one I have is sealed, so IDK how many pages. On Hardrock-Pokemon he said:

It is the 2 pocket type mini card binder with 26 pages that each hold 2 cards. You can also put cards on the other side of the page, so it can hold approximately 104 cards. Made of plastic. The number of pages is fixed and pages cannot be added. The 2nd picture shows the back side of the binder. The binder is EMPTY. You put your own cards in the binder. Out of production.

I really like that one. I have from your wants, 1 CoL Water Energy, 1 CoL Fire Energy, 1 RH HGSS Ninetales, and 1 pack of victinin sleeves as well. Im just hesitant to give up Mega or the Lugia for it. Also have those packs and another e series Sandstorm Booster Pack that is coming in the mail
