no way a jumpluff in my book is worth a prime

ex:you get 6 primes a box and some times 1 jumpluff a box

well ursaring is one of the better primes, and jumpluff is only a rare, and you should only get one ursaring prime per box, sometimes none. I can do regular ursaring for a jumpluff, and I can add a trainer in
