Pretty simple Nintails is the draw power, Emboar is the energy accelerator, Regi is my brick wall and stall, and Haxorus is my main attacker. Haxorus has dual chop for {C}{C} flip 2 coins 50 times the number of heads and Giga Impact for {C}{C}{C} 120 this pokemon cant attack during your next turn. (140Hp, {C}{C} Retreat, No weakness). Its an attack and retreat and attack again deck. Regigigas Ex is a supped up Reshi with Raging hammer for {C}{C}{C}{C} 50+ 10 for each damage counter on this pokemon, and Giga Power for {C}{C}{C} 60+ you may do 20 more damage. If you do, this pokemon does 20 damage to itself.(180 Hp, {C}{C}{C}{C} retreat, X2 {F}) I win around 8/10 games with this deck.

Cut elms, use less energy, bring in junk arm and communication. Your TSS in general seems a bit off but if you tweak that you could increase consistency.

Maybe kyurem EX would work too here with a rainbow/prism/water since its attack is similar and can get set up faster if using feraligater. Another fun idea may be using some of the older cobalion/terrakion/virizion's attack sacred sword, though that may require rainbow/prism. Try making your emboar line a little more consistent like 3-1-2 or 3-2-2.
-2 PETM (communication better)
-2 IQ (cilan would be better for the basic energies)
-6 fire energy (to many energies)

+2 collector (consistency)
+3 catcher (self-explanatory)
+4 Junk Arm (reuse trainers)
+1 Mewtwo (good attacker)

By the way, have you ever considered dodrio for helping them retreat?

As far as Dodrio goes, I have used him in decks in the past. He is a great tech, but retreat really isn't all that much of an issue. Haxorus has a light retreat and with burned tower and my fisherman I usually end the game with 2-4 energy in my discard. If I where to lower my energy count I might consider adding him in.

I do agree that Cilian has the potential to be really good in place of my IQ and I have thought about it a great deal, yet my interviewers usualy pull between 2-5 energies including DCE this makes me a tad hesitant to change that. Like Dodrio if I would lower my energy count Cilian we be without a doubt the better choice here.

Mewtwo. . . . I just dont have one >_< lol

The EX metta really hasn't hit my area yet so I do have a feeling that I have a whole false sense of security thing going on.
I played against a Mewtwo deck three times last night and won 1/3. . .

Since I've personally seen this deck evolve, and I have both won and lost against it, I'd like to recommend a few cards that I think could give you the competitive edge instead of just being a hard-to-push-over wall.

2 lost remover, 1 junk arm, and 1 heavy ball.

Try it.~ It will sharpen your edge just a bit.
I know your set up its pretty fast. you can usually have a very intimidating Hax either turn 3, or occasionally turn 2.

I'd say take out 1 DCE, 2 fire energy, 1 Interviewers, and 1 elms. Try it.
If it doesn't work, take em out.

But nothing works better then a lost remover, imo.
Haha~
