Strategy

First + Second Turn Goal
- Bench an Axew
- Attach Energy to either Axew or the EXs depending on opponents
( Plasma Opponent - start pumping Axew )
( Dark Type Opponents - start pumping the EXs )
( None Plasma / Dark Opponents - pump Terrakion EX for Energy Acceleration )

Third + Forth Turn Goal
- Get a Haxorus with 3-4 Metal Energy to 1 Hit KO opponent (If opponent was Plasma, then just keep Haxorus active and use Strike of the Champion)
- Use Terrakion-EX if needed to get more Energy if still needed
- Start pumping up another Haxorus if needed
- Keep a pumped up Lucario with atleast 1 Metal 1 Fighting energy at bench so he can come in to kill the moment your opponent knocks our your pokemon and take some prizes.

Landorus EX is no good anymore thanks to blastoise and plasma kyurem so
-2 landorus EX
You don't need 6 search cards that only search out pokemon and since ultra ball can get you anything i'd suggest
-2 heavy ball
there are better ace specs than master ball and you already said you were going to take it out so
-1 master ball
six-teen energy is way too much
-2 fighting
-2 metal
now for what to add
+2 juniper
four juniper is essential for almost all decks because of it's draw power
+2 Victini EX
victini can accelerate energy to both your axews and terrakions and can additionally give you an edge against the dreaded Virizion EX/Genesect EX deck because of weakness
+1 Victory piece
victory piece can let Victini EX attack for free
+2 fire energy
just in case you can't get a victory piece out
+1 Cobalion EX
righteous edge can help out against plasma by discarding their special energy. You don't have to put this guy in if you don't want to though.

So now you have a couple of extra slots. I'd suggest putting in another skyla and some more draw supporters like bianca or colress.

Thanks for your comments I made some changes to the deck - With the cards I have available
I am going to play test it the next few days see how it goes.
