Poke Healers+ are a better option than Blissey Prime. If you carefully read the wording of Blissey Prime, it says to discard all the Energy on the Pokemon. Setting up a massive tank with a lot of Energy? Blissey Prime doesn't work with that.

That works too, but that's a lot of Pokemon for healing. It's your choice I guess.

@flygonguy14: The problem is, that you can't stack Nurse Call PokePowers, so it's really only worth it to run 2.

I would take out relicanth and 2 skarmory and a bebe's. This would work much better with 4 jirachi as a starter as you can use engineer's ajustments with jirachi to draw 8 cards a turn and discard two energy to energy stream back with steelix.

If you are gonna use blissey prime, use shaymin UL to move the energy on your steelix around.

also, at least 3 energy link tools. maybe a pokemon contest hall so you can get around an early trainer lock since you're not playing the tool cards from your hand through contest hall. that way you can just move the energy around like you would in a meganium prime/blissey prime deck. also some standard healing cards potion (once it gets errata'd to remove 3 damage counters instead of just 2) that way there is a pokemon that you can actually attach the energy onto through energy link. and if you add jumpluff, you'll also benefit from contest hall even more.
