Help Building a Tyrantrum/Keldeo-EX Deck

I want to build an expanded deck based off of Tyrantrum (Furious Fists 62) and Keldio EX (Legendary Treasures 45). The idea is to use gigga impact, then have Keldio rush in and retreat with float stone or switch/escape rope, negating the "can't attack" effect of gigga impact. Powered up by muscle band and/or strong energy, Tyrantrum could deal a lot of damage. The problem is, I have no competitive experience and don't know what my deck should look like. Some cards I have in mind are:

Maxie's hidend ball trick
Ultra ball
Dowsing machine
Computer search
Muscle band
Float stone
Switch
Escape rope
Trainer’s mail
Acro bike
Strong Energy
Professor Sycamore
Double Colorless Energy
Fighting Stadium

But these, I am sure, are not enough. Could anyone tell me any cards I should/should not have?

Pokemon Ranger could also be great to remove the effects of Tyrantrum as well as Battle Compressor and VS Seeker to optimize use
