Collecting Help Identifying Japanese Cards

Hello all, recently playing Pokemon Go I decided to have a wee look at my old card collection and came across some Japanese cards that I can't find any information about if there rare or not if anyone could give any information on them that'd be great.

Charizard is from the Neo 2 promo 9-card binder set.
Magnemite is from Japanese Neo 2 and Togetic is from Neo 1.

Also got a ursaring, pichu, entei, kabutops, and a couple of evee eveloutions in this same art style.

It's not necessarily the art style, but rather the set. Look for a set symbol in the bottom corner of the art (because old Japanese cards don't have set numbers).
