Tuningware, Stardust Dragon, Armory Arm. These are Popular cards, and all fetch a good price.

Okay last note as I have no clue what any of the sets have(except the first 12) I wanted to ask since I'm basically a n00b again(I use to be amazing w/first 6 sets but then I just stopped,can't remember why) what box/starter deck to you think would be the best for me to get?

Well, that's a bit hard to say...
First off, by "box", do you mean booster box? If that's the case, I have no clue where to direct you. You'll want to go for a set that has cards with huge resale value, or wait for the new set in September and just buy that.
As for Structure/Starter Decks, one can make a decent deck by buying 3 of almost any of them.
Thanks again, I guess I'll have to look on ebay for that, thanks for fixing my deck and stuff too. Now I just have to get the cards for the deck, but anyways looks like a fun and good deck to play thanks again.

Yeah, eBay will use that price until the turbo pack.
Just remember to test that list before buying it. -__-
Burnpsy two questions-
One do you have any particular site you reccommend for playtesting?
Two I was looking through my cards and noted I had alot of Elemental Heroes and support, just wondering are those any good? Also along with that the Neo Elemental Heroes say you have to summon them with Metamorhpisis, which is banned so how else can you summon them?

I'm not 100% sure if I'm allowed to say them here (it may count as advertissement), but there's programs like Duel Monsters Unlimited (DMU) and Yugioh Virtual Desktrop (YVD).
As for heroes, they were a small part of the meta build a while back. Nowadays, building a good hero deck depends on which kind of hero deck you mean (copying Jaden will always be a bad idea).
IDK who Jaden is, I'm assuming that's got something to do with the show.
I've only got Elemental Heroes, and some Destiny Heroes(Defender,Dogma,Cyclone Blade and some of the common ones) For Elemental I got Clayman,Sparkman,Avian,Space Neos,Spark Blaster and most from Premium Pack 2.

I suggest you stay away from heroes then. You didn't list a single good card.
...unless one of your D-Hero cards is Destiny Draw. O.O
Oh, okay, I thought Dogma wasn't too bad, do you happen to have any of the good elemental hero cards? I'd like to trade for those, they also didn't seem to be too expensive on ebay but I don't have too much freed up right now.Except Wingman seems to be expensive(30 bucks for a card I've heard of? Okay fine I've also heard of Cyber stein and some of the old tourney pack ones but still)
