Hi, as you can realize reading my nickname, i play a Zekeels deck! So i'm here because tomorrow i will be participating in a friendly tournament where there will be offered as prizes english Dark Explorers' boosters (in Italy, that is where i come from, the Dark Explorers' expansion will be available for sale after August 1), then i need some advices.

This is my decklist:

inb4 i know i should increase refresher cards, adding a Juniper and N, or other PONT.

As regards my metagame, there is three-four Terrakion's deck, one CMT (with Terrakion) and some Zekeels. There's no ONE cards from Dark Explorers. So there's not Darkrai, Tornadus EX or Raikou EX. UltraBall, Dark Patch or Random Reciever. So you could not suggest me Dark Explorers' Cards.
Opponent's Zekeels are not a problems, usually i always win against them. My problems are -obviously- Terrakion, and sometimes CMT. And Terrakions used as a tech in the other Zekeels. So i thought to include some Lost Remover to remove DCE (of opponent's Mewtwo EX and Zekrom EX) and Prism (Tech Terrakion). Unfortunately I have no way to procure a Mewtwo EX to count others Mewtwo EXs or Terrakions.
I also think removing 2 Thundurus for 2 Tornadus, i could use it to 2HKO opponent Terrakion. Is it a good idea?

You not being able to get another Mewtwo is a problem. Well, I improved the Terrakion tech for you since you run it, I'm not sure how viable it is considering there aren't any Darkrai and you normally win ZekEels. Since you don't run Tornadus EX (DEX card) I put two regular Tornadus in, yes, it's far superior to Thundurus. Low counts f Thundurus are a useless play, you either run 4 or 0 since you want to start with it.

Normally, you want to play Pokegear in the absence of RR or with things like Collector mixed in with your draw supporters. I favour using the space for other things.

But to include DCE for Tornadus or fast Zekrom's Outrage it's no good?
And why not any Zekrom EX? It's good to OHKO Terrakion and Zekrom using Strong Volt, when i can't Bolt Strike + PlusPower them.
And why not Pokémon Collector? I really dislike Dual Ball because it flipping...

Because you have a Terrakion tech. You can't have Fighting and DCE, you have to choose one or the other.

Pokemon Collector is just personal preference, unless it hurts the deck. Using Collector just means you burn your supporter for the turn. You could add this and remove Dual Ball, but be sure to include Polegear 3.0 if you do. I personally prefer the ball engine to collector in ZekEels. Over here, propel got tired of the flips and are starting to use Ultra Ball from DEX. But since you can't use that; Dual Ball is the next best thing. Dual Ball also works really well with Junk Arm, use it, Junk Arm for it and use it again.

Zekrom EX is ok, I'd run only one if you really want to run it. It's really slow and inconsistent if you start with it or aren't set up and is a free two prizes to Terrakion, which you said there are a lot of.

Umh... Ok... But I have just one Terrakion, and I want to run Zekrom EX. So it would be better include some DCE and Prism?

Don't use Prism. If you HAVE to have DCE, I guess you could. Senior Nats ZekEels won with 3 Fighting and 3 DCE.

7 Lightning, 3 DCE and 3 Fighting.

I'm not an advocate for it though.

^Zeels didn't win Nats in Seniors. Unless you are talking about a different country than the USA.
 
I honestly don't know. I just read it on another ZekEels thread, PokePower222 or something won.
