So, I ran this deck at a League Cup over the weekend, and it didn't do so great. Granted, it was my first competitive event in over 6 years, so my game may not be as strong as it used to be, as I'm sure the deck itself may not be fully to blame.
The decks participating were some pretty high level decks (Zoroark, Solgaleo GX, other Ultra Necro/Malamar, etc.)
I noticed that I had hard time setting up; more specifically, getting all my energy into the discard pile. Pulling out the Pokemon I needed wasn't too difficult, although I did sometimes struggle to get multiple Malamar out quick enough.
The energy buildup is what really got me, as well as trying to efficiently switch my Pokemon between Bench and Active. Altar of the Moone is my key to switching, but it didn't always show up when I needed it, or was often removed by the opponent.
My opening strategy was to Treasure of Ultra Ball into Lele, grab a Fan Club and pull out 2 Inkay or 1 Inkay and one Ultra Necro. A little unorthodox but it kind of worked. I feel like there may be a better alternative.
Ideally, I could have a Dawn Wings GX with one energy on it, 2-3 Malamar on the Bench. If Ultra Necro is Active, I could Invasion with Dawn Wings, load up Ultra Necro with Malamar, then switch out (with help from Altar of the Moone) to get a powered up Ultra Necro into the Active again.

-1 Rainbow Brush (helpful in case I don't have the Metal Energy I need, I can swap out a Psychic for Metal when attached to Ultra Necro)
Options to ADD
+1-1 Sivally GX (free retreat for Basics, colorless attacks, allows energy discard with it's attack. 2 prize attacker)
+1 Shining Lugia SM-82 ( 1 prize attacker, allows discard of energy through attack. I saw a couple o fpeople play this one at the League Cup, seemed to work for them)
+1 Mimikyu (copycat, 1 prize attacker)
+1 Oricorio GRI 55 (Vital Dance ability)
+1-2 Apricorn Maker (search Ultra Balls, pairs well with Lady, but takes a couple turns)
+1-2 Lady (grab energies from deck to discard with Mysterious Treasure and Ultra Ball)
+2-3 Energy Switch (I can get energy on Ultra Necro without having to worry about getting it to the Bench first)
+1-2 Acro Bike (deck thinning, discard Energy)
+2 Lillie (better than Judge, especially early game)
+1 Pal Pad (reuse Supporters if I have to remove a few from the deck)
