Help Help valuing misprint card

I recently bought another collectors collection of cards and while going through them came across this card, it is the exact same size as a normal card so it wasn't cut, do you think this is a misprint or a fake and if it is a misprint what would the value be on it

I'm pretty certain that's real. Off-center cards like this are fairly common, so it's not going to be worth any more than normal. However, you may be able to find someone who collects miscuts such as these, in which case you might get a good trade for it.

It's soo off cut that you can see the cut guide dot in the corner of the card which might make it slightly more valuable, however, agreed that it highly depends on if you can find a collector that wants it. The fact that it's a Mewtwo might work in your favour. I've never found a buyer for my miscut Tapu Koko...

It's also got a lot of edge whitening which will lower the value. If you intend to sell it sleeve it immediately.
