Help with my Stage 1 Rush! (Donphan,Yanmega,Zoroark)

Good day to all Pokemon TCG Fanatics! :D I would like to ask for your feedbacks regarding my deck. So here is the list:

4-3 Yanmega Prime
3-3 Donphan Prime
2-2 Zoroark

Supporter: 16
4 Pokemon Collector
4 Judge
3 Copycat
3 PONT
2 Juniper

Trainer: 16
4 Junk Arm
4 pokemon Communication
3 Pokemon Reversal
3 Pluspower
2 Switch

Energy: 11
6 Fighting
3 DCE
2 Rescue

Strategy:

Basically just like what Stage 1 Decks suppose to do. To set up based on what deck your opponent is using. Donphan for ZPS/Magneboar, Yanmega to counter Donphan and Zoroark to counter Reshiram and RDL.

Problems:

1. You may notice that I am not using any baby pokemon or manaphy because based in my playtesting, the babies die because of Donphan's Earthquake and Manaphy takes 1 energy to use Deep Sea Swirl, and the deck runs to little energy so instead, I decided to run a 4th Yanma. Can you guys help me with this? I am really confused if itit really worth it to run babies.

2. Our local league is dominated by Reshiram - based decks so I am thorn between using a 3-3 Donphan or a 3-3 Zoroark. If I use 3-3 Zoroark line, Zorua tends to show up in half of my games as a starter which would really mess up my set - up because Yanma or Phanpy is more ideal to start with.

3. I am having a hard time against mirror matches. Any thoughts about this other than a quicker set-up than my opponent?

Maybe a dual ball to search for basics and you can also play another supporter.
Maybe PETM to search for evolutions directly.
Flower shop lady for mirror matches to reuse cards

How about:
+1 FSL, 2 PETM, 1 Dual ball

-1 communication. 4 is too much and -1 reversal you can get it back with junk arm
-1 rescue energy. I have a similar deck and i sometimes run out energy.
-1 pont. with both judge and copycat you don't need 3

You could play a cleffa instead if a 4th yanma because not everyone is playing tyrouge and it's not so often you'll get olny 1 basic that happens to be a cleffa.
 
^I disagree completely with that post.

I would take out your 2 Juniper (12 is too many refresh Supporters, 10 should be fine) for a Reshiram (as a Kingdra counter) and another PlusPower for the Reshiram matchup. Other than that, your list looks fine. As for setup, there's not a whole lot that you could do to make this much faster.
 
i would add an other but i DCE and ad cincino cause its a great card to deal quick high damage cant figure out what to take out for it.
 
Cinccino DIES to Donphan in 1 hit.
It's not so useful.
It does good damage, but against MewBox it will drag up your other Pokemon that you dropped for Cinccino's Do The Wave and mash them.

That's my opinion, and my back up.

If you really must use Cinccino, add another DCE.
