Help with Scizor EV Training

So trying to get started in this competitive play so i started my first attempt at a competitive Scizor after breeding a "million" babies i ended up with an adamant technician but i think his starts are messed up every iv calculator i put it into says he shouldn't have that high of an attack. here is his stats and hopefully someone can tell me what i did or am doing wrong

Scizor Level 71- Move Set, Swords Dance, U-Turn, Brick Break, Bullet Punch
HP: 191
Att: 255
Def: 153
SP Att 91
SP Def 134
Speed 135
Item Held: Power Anklet

I'm just not really sure where to go from here with him so any suggestions would be helpful or do i bag this one and use a different Scizor because I screwed this one up?

It'd help if you mentioned where you put the EVs. The stats alone doesn't say very much.

Edit: I just saw the nature, should make it more obvious to see, like under the name.

HP Att Spd I don't honestly know how much on each one i focused on hp and att so i think is something like 240 240 28, i probably need to start over, or do i have time to fix him from level 71.

This is your problem. You need to be able to accurately count how many EVs you put into each stat. You could erase all its existing EVs, but that would require a lot of berries to do so (at least 50). I would just scrap it and build a new one, and carefully count the # of EVs given.
