14 Ampharos - uncommon to rare
17 Cleffa - holo to rare

32 Typhlosion - uncommon to rare
35 Bayleef - common to uncommon
38 Croconaw - common to uncommon
42 Flaaffy - common to uncommon

53 Starmie - rare to uncommon

So basically they fixed any rarity issues surrounding lines that received Pokemon Prime cards, and they also bumped the holographic Baby Pokemon down (should have bumped them down further, IMO).
 
No Primeape D: Aw, that would've been helpful for prereleases.
 
Awh, Sudowoodo would've been a nice pre-release card... Maybe Beedrill too. But all in all, I'm not disappointed with many of the cuts, other than Crobat & Ursaring Prime obviously xD

Thanks for the list! I'm going to assume Rare Candy will make it into our next set.

Also, what's the deal with the Energy Cards? Do they just always replace one of the commons? So we get one less? Or is there just a chance of getting one in a pack instead of a common or uncommon?
 
Shame the Beedrill and Politoed lines got cut, they couldve had some slight use in the meta. Oh well.

yeah im just glad target does theses kinds of things :D i was kinda shocked when i saw the binder and i thoght"i have to buy this" so i did lol hope everyone likes it

Probably. It would make sense at least. There is good news from that though: It makes them easier to get.

There are no cuts that surprised me majorly.

I was at Target today and didn't even think about looking for the binder. Can't wait to pick up the Raichu out of this set.
