HG/SS Set.

i really hope Team rocket set will return!

I think a Typhlosion lv.x will be in next set. but there might be any of the 3 starters as lv.x. atleast one has to be lv.x
 
I think the starter X's will be an all or nothing effort, if they where to choose 1 then how do you make it fair, and then it could lead to kanto and hoenn X's to make it so every starter has 1
 
Well I'm sure you guys saw the news story whats your take on the new Great Pokemon replacing Lv.Xs I think it might screw or atleast confuse some people during gameplay.
 
Ya I'm pretty sure Pokemon lvl x is out of game now. The Great Pokemon seem basically like Pokemon EX and they would not need to Level X a LEGENDARY pokemon since it requires two cards to play in the first place. This should make them powerful enough as is

welll what other Great Pokemon do you think will be in the set.
I'm hoping for a Great Kingdra
 
Great Tyrannitar, Great Scizor, Great Umbreon/Espeon, and Great Entei/Suicune/Raikou are all likely, and the 3 dogs might even be Legends. However, what I think is most likely is that Lugia nd Ho-Oh will be the only Legends in this set and the other 5 Great Pokemon(there will be 8 in the set and 3 were already confirmed to be the starters) will be the 3 dogs, T-tar and Kingdra.
 
I don't believe the dogs will be Great Pokemon, since it sounds like Great Pokemon are reserved for Evolved pokemon o_o On top of that they were "specialized for battling" which the dogs specialized in... running XD lol
But I think they'll release the dogs as Legendary cards in future sets for sure

Why? Kingdra personally i think the next kingdra is going to suck as an apology for his last donk fest (just look at claydol, the new one is nothing compared to GE)
 
I never said I actually made a bet I said I would, but never did. :p Besides, they were still made into super rare cards. Anyway, I think they might make a Celebi Legend in this set or a future set and if great Pokemon are for only evolved pokemon then they'll probably make Entei, Suicune and Raikou Legend in the next set or one near that. So, I think the remaining five great pokemon will be Great Tyrannitar, Great Kingdra, Great Steelix, Great Umbreon and Great Espeon.
 
I think the remaining ones will be Great T-tar, Great Steelix, Great Kingdra, Great Ampy, Great Scizor. I can't see Umbreon or Espeon being Greats.
 
^It's true that Ampharos and Scizor do deserve it a little more, actually. Heck, maybe there'll even be a Great Crobat or something. But come to think of it, yeah, you're right, they'll probably make all first 5 eeveelutions just rare holos, maybe not teh first 3, but Espeon and Umbreon will definitely be in the set somehow.
 
I think a secret holo or good holo smeargle is due I could see houndoom as a low hp good effect great pokemon also I'd like to see a great porygon2 great miltank would be cool too.
