Strategy: Use Tyrogue as a starter to counter opponent's Cleffa. The other starters are used to get an Ampharos. Use Ampharos for energy accelerating a benched Lugia. Use Lugia to wreak havoc!!
 
I would use Stantler instead of Minin. Just my opinion.
I would also take out Juniper, 1 PONT, Junk Arm, and Burned tower. Going against Reshiram and Zekrom you won't to even give you opponent a chance to get extra energy. With the other 6 cards out, put in 3 Interviewer's Questions and 3 either Fisherman, 2 Fisherman 1 energy retrieval, or 1 fisherman 2 energy retrieval. This would make getting your energy back quicker then just with Typhlosion and also get you your energy fast.

It's gonna be hard to play 3 energy types, but good luck. Let me know how it works out!
 
Try to fit in some Legend Box, and 4 of them. They are VITAL to getting out Lugia Legend easily and fast. Maybe take out the Zekrom and Reshiram?
 
Its Bronzong actually, that knows Legend Ceremony. But he takes more set up, where as Legend box you can use 4 times on one turn (potentially) and it doesn't waste the attack for your turn.
 
Thanks but I think that Legend box is a kind of risky because I feel that the odds of getting a Lugia Legend on 10 cards is super low. I've put Reshiram and Zekrom mainly for their bulk and their type coverage.
 
legend box is meant to be run with research records and junk arm
they greatly increases the odds, and you can deff pull out a lugia with energy 50/50 if you run research records twice and legend box
 
I didn't think on that but that would make the list tighter than a foot in a baby shoe. I simply can't fit in all that. Can any here give some suggestions?
