HGSS on Reshiram/Emboar counter?

I threw in 2 zekrom in my reshiboar deck. when up against blastoise I just leave a zekrom out alone and outrage for the KO...then when zekrom is hit the one turn, I put my second one down and start building the two energies onto that one. both times I've played agaisnt a blastigatr, they get 1 or 2 prizes by the time I've taken out all 4 blastoise. then I start setting up my fire guys (by then I have all of them plus their evolutions in hand lol) and finish the rest no problem.

as long as the reshiboar player has a lightning tech in their deck and isn't foolish, they should be fine.
 
RDL is pretty slow...I just knock it out with reshiram...or if they sacrifice pokemon trying to stall for it the get set up, I just revenge KO with reshiram and by that time I'll already be pretty far ahead.
 
i was saying to add to reshiboar...effective counter you ask? ANYTHING water...
