In this thread the aim is for people to compare match ups certain decks have against others. Please post your results in this format:
example deck with bouffalant tech 6-3 deck no.2. So when it says reshiboar is 4-7 vs scizor/samurott it is losing the match up 7-4
I will edit this first post so people can see the results clearly in one post, I hope this will be useful to many people! I am afraid I have done very little testing and that is one of the reasons I am making this topic!

I just wanted to contribute a slight bit, DonChamp has gone 2-2 with MagneBoar so far for my testing. Hope that helps
 
Just saying, the way that a deck is built heavily changes matchups... for example, a reshiboar that has ssu/seeker will do differently than that without. A reshiboar with circulator/reversal will do better vs donchamp, for instance.
 
Just to feed you guys, I've been testing speedTar. Vs magboar 5-5, vs straight phan 4-1, vs cinccino 5-0; many of these were not optimal, but most of the magboar was vs J-Wittz, and he is good. Whoever went first won, every time.

I understand this but it is just to give people a better idea of the match ups.

yaaaa....this is VERY true. the way i build my reshiboar i may get 6-0 against some deck but yours loses every time to it....its a good idea but with so many lists out there for 1 deck its hard to say if this is accurate. but its nice none the less...
 
sigh....fine i was gonna do some playtesting but my lists usually are semi different that most peoples....like i dont run juniper in ANY of my decks (discarding?...no). and my energy is heavy...
 
Anyone else suprised MagneBoar doesn't have the edge in any matches so far recorded? Of course some of them aren't the most favourable and all match ups have not got more than 10 games to their name but still...
 
I don't know how Yanmega beat it.. and donks are included so some are probably donks. Maybe some Magboars aren't correctly built.
 
This is an awful thread that is going to do nothing but persuade people to play decks based off of other people's inaccurate test results. There are too many scrubs on this site that don't know how to build decks.
 
well....if you just look up a skeleton list then it might work but ya...some guy just comes on and runs dunsparce HS as a main attacker in magneboar...obviously its not accurate...
 
I don't think many people would do something like that and I understand it may not help more experienced players but I think it would definantly help a newer player like myself. I'm sure most of the people here run pretty standard lists and I wrote in the first post that they write if there are any techs so you can also see how certain techs perform. If you don't trust the other users of the board when they say they have a certain deck built then I am not sure why you are on this board to be honest.
 
^in my mewgar...there are 16 energy none being rescue. mime jr. no seeker. and no judge....that is not a normal list. I AM UN TRUST WORTH WITH MY RESULTS :O
 
Ya, this thread is biased because all lists are differnet, so one list maybe beat ___, the other may lose to it.
