I hate introductions. >_>

My favorite things are music, playing the piano, and video games.
I've been into Pokemon since it first began airing in the US a thousand years ago. They sent me one of those VHS tapes with the first episode on it, and that's how I got hooked.

I started collecting and playing the TCG with the release of the Base Set. I then stopped collecting some time during the Neo expansions. Then my cat peed in my box of cards and ruined most of them. (Bad memories..!) I considered getting back into it with the release of EX Ruby & Sapphire, but I only ended up getting around 10 booster packs. With the release of Mysterious Treasures, I bought the Royal Frost deck and quite a few DP and MT booster packs. I'll probably get some Secret Wonders packs, too, but I just don't think I can seriously get back into the game. I just don't know anyone around here who plays it.

My true desire is to see a Pokemon TCG video game made for the DS. ;_;

Ok, I guess that's done. Now, I've got a question regarding the site.
Why isn't there a section for promo scans? Is it just an issue of them being hard to obtain?

I hope you enjoy your stay here. We are all friendly. As long as everyone follows the rules, this is a great place. Oh, and Blazing_Monkey, his username probably reminds you of bass_forte.
 
Forte is a Bass's Japanese name (character from the megaman series), if any of you must know.

Welcome, I suggest you read the rules (and maybe the newbie guide if you think you need to).

I also have no idea why there are not promo cards on Pokebeach, most of the aren't too hard to obtain anyways, but it's probably too time-consuming and there are rarely any usable promo's anyways.

Of course Fortes is a music term. Rockman, Roll, Serenade, Blues, and there was another that I can't remember.
 
Hi I the guy that type in blue ^_^.I stop buying card to but got back with the ex only bought like 5 pack that how far I got till like the 10th an that bought me back in sorry bout your card.
 
Thanks for all the welcomes. Well, I guess I'll clarify the name first.
As previously stated, it's derived from the musical term, but I'm familiar with Bass/Forte from Megaman/Rockman, too.

Yeah, they don't tend to be very good, but I think promo cards are the most interesting ones. Plus a lot of them just look cool. ;P

At the top of the page, click 'User CP'. On the left, click 'Change Avatar'.

Oh, you too? When I bought the EX Booster packs, I also got some E-Card ones, and I only got a few, but somehow I managed to get three Crystal Pokemon cards. That's probably the best luck I've ever had with the TCG. o_O
 
Hope you have a good time here. Who doesn't remember those good old episodes of Pokemon, I always liked season one the best. :)

Well I hope you continue to play TCG even if you don't get into it seriously, it's a good game.

After the 10th an I got a cg pack and got an ex out of it so I dicided to buy them and now I buy pack every few weeks.
