And sorry I can't do a female. Eeevee's Male to Female ratio is like 88-12%. And since I can't use an Everstone to influence the nature (Since I have to use the Power items to make sure I get the IVs I want.) it's almost impossible to get a female, Timid Natured, 31 Hp 30 Spe. Sorry for any inconvinience.

That's alright, I found out I don't need it female anyways. And since I no longer need female, I also no longer need Timid. Any nature will work with the IVs.
Could you get me a Careful Eevee with Wish with 31/30+/31/??/??/0?
