Ruling Ho-oh -ex ability

I have a question, what happen if ho-oh has more than 1 fire energy it may heal 100 or 150 damage?
In local tournaments they use the ability in this way

What the ability is checking for is if Ho-Oh-EX has any fire attached to it at all. It's not checking for the amount. So you heal 50 damage no matter how many fire you have attached.
