Discussion Ho-Oh EX Discussion Thread

I'm playing at the expanded deck level. And I frequently beat decks that are loaded with EX's. The only times I lose are when there are some odd ball cards played - I can think of one recently where a stafium card was played where I couldn't use my ability to heal and another where the opponents active pokemon was immune from damage from any basic pokemon.

I'm sure as I get better cards I'll use them and move towards a more conventional deck but this is working pretty well for me right now.

Can't be that common. I've played more than 100 games and only seen it once.

I play a deck with 2 Ho-oh's and I win a lot playing expanded tcg. I have 20 energy 30 trainers and 10 pokemon all basic. Occasionally I run in to some specific cards that give me trouble, but I win 75 to 80 percent of games I play.
