Ho-Oh EX Terrakion EX Rogue Idea

I was thinking of ways that Ho-Oh could be good and i thought with terrakion because Terrakion's attack for a{F}{F}{C} does 90 damage and you may play 2 basic energy from your hand onto one of your benched pokemon and Ho-Oh Ex attack for a {C}{C}{C} does 20 damage+ 20 for each different energy attached to Ho-Oh EX. Im not saying this is gonna be the next BDIF but i think it could be decent with a water and grass weakness.

I think this will work relatively well with tornadus EX because it uses colorless energy so with Ho-oh but some kind of energy switch will be needed. Maybe you could make some room for it with some of the energies? 18 is just too many.

Also for the poll, do you mean whose better in the format or whose better in this deck?
