Homework?

I'm curious, how much homework does everyone get, im in middle school and I get like 3-5 hours a night.
 
8th grader= 30 mins to an hour. Then I do the rest in activity or other classes. So total prob like 2 hours I just don't like doing it for 2 hours in 1 sitting. Such a waste of time.

The homework this weekend actually didn't bother me too much. My test retake was obnoxious, but I just finished my essay. I'd say i spent 4 hours overall this weekend.
 
This weekend I spent about 2 hours on my math, because I had to graph a lot of things, so it was so annoying. I spend around 2 hours each day with my homework.
 
It really all depends. We don't have any set-in-stone "homework" but we are given a certain amount of work in class, and if we don't finish, it's homework. Some kids just text during class, and get like 6 hours a night. I usually finish in class, and have little if any. I think an hour a night is fair for 6th grade.
 
I'm homeschooled, so zero hours of homework a day.
 
I don't know the grades; in England we don't have them. I'm thirteen and I (should but don't) have:

1 hr 20 mins Monday
1 hr 20 mins Tuesday
1 hr Wednesday
40 mins Thursday
1 hr Friday.

It varies. Talking about homework, I should start it now...
 
No it means he does nothing lol.

But yeah, some classes have a set amount of time every day you should be doing just because it's an advanced class.

Jeeez. I don't get anywhere near as much homework as you people. May be partly due to the fact I rarely do it but I still don't get anything like two hours per day.
 
^ Its an english thing I bet. I get like 10 mins of homework a day if you average it out. In in Year 11 so I would expect more homework since exam are on the horizon but oh well. I just revise myself.

if you count that as homework, I do about 20 mins a day :p
 
6th Grade= 30 minutes to 1 hour. My school is based mostly around projects so we done have too much homework.
 
I usually get 3-5 hours of homework, and most of the time on weekends, I get 4-8 hours. AP classes are beaches. Everything piles up, especially if I procrastinate.
