Let's say i have an active murkrow and a benched honchkrow lv.x, can i use murkrow and attack using the normal honchkrow's attack? (remember, i only have a honchkrow lv.x as my only benched pokemon, i don't have any normal honchkrow in play, except for the one i already level up)

Yes. Honchkrow lv. X is basically Honchkrow, just leveled up. It is also written on Honchkrow Lv. X - Honchkrow Lv. X can use the attacks/poke-bodies/powers from its previous level.

So does this mean that in that situation, murkrow has three attacks to choose from (1 from normal honchkrow and 2 from honchkrow lv.x)?

Yes. A Leveled Up Pokemon is considered one card, the union of the Level Up card and the base card below it. You can use attacks from either card, and another Pokemon can copy attacks from either card.
