How CN Airs Pokemon

Well, as it says, discuss how Cartoon Network airs Pokemon. I personally hate it.
For example, they always ruin the credits. I would love to see the credits instead of a stupid Adventure Time commercial.
They also air too much commercials. I think I would like it more on Disney is because that channel doesn't support commercials. I hate those commercials. It's like, it's a gym battle and they're about to have an epic part and then a commercial break pops up. I hate that.
So tell us what you think about Cartoon Network airing Pokemon?
 
The reason they run commercials like that is because it makes you keep watching and then you see the commercials and they get paid. As for the credits, I too would like it if showing anything but the credits while they're rolling was outlawed, but they do it for the money.

That's TV for you, sorry if pokemon is the only thing you watch and can't appreciate 'good TV'

They do that with everything. Lost, for example. Every-time something big is about to happen, they go to break. This is to keep you in suspense :/

Where else would it air. You should thank CN.

Without Commercials, CN would not make money. No brainier.
 
Ahhh... I remember when Cartoon Network was cool, and Pokemon too. Psh, they both suck now. >.>
But when I did watch Pokemon, I found it kind of funny how they went on break when something was about to happen. How is a Pokemon battle supposed to be suspenseful? xDD
 
I don't think you can really complain about commercials since every single Network has them. The reason that Disney Channel probably doesn't have any is because they already make heaploads with movies and sponsors.

No offense, but I don't really think this Thread has any point. They show Pokemon just as any other show.
 
Commercial is deprived from 'Commerce' because that network advertise their product in exchange for money. How else does a Network get money? By you watching? Pshhh.

This thread should be renamed to 'Why I don't get TV'
 
CN airs it too early in the morning: 9 o'clock. i dont get up till noon.

idc all that much cuz the show is just really old and repetative now
 
I'm usually not even awake that early on saturdays. Let alone, home to watch it.

I wouldn't go as far to say that they both suck and I understan why there r commercials but I will say CN dosent give pokemon the importance that it deserves . they treat it more like an after thought, like them playing it at 6am, even on there website, they put pokemon behind shows that don't even play any more
 
It's all marketing, fine sir.
If it were on Disney Channel, it would still be interrupted by a Demi Lovato music video and possible combined credits with a trailer for the next Suite Life on Deck episode -__-
 
From what i saw last year the credits were rushed and i hate that and i couldn't see the preview because the credits pushed it over just be lucky your Cartoon network actually still shows it Galactic battles has started in Australia. :(
 
I really dont care about how CN airs commercial since i just get on the internet anyway. Although it wakes me up in the morning before i go to skool. So CN is the only kids channel that doesnt show baby stuff in the morning(As far i know)
