Pokemon How do they do that?!?

Where are all the gallons and gallons of water coming from in a Water Pokemon? We see Ash's Squirtle and Misty's Staryu or Starme using Water Gun and then lots of amount of water are gushing out of their mouths, but...how can they produce that much water so rapidly?!

Same thing with the Grass Pokemon. How is it that some grass Pokemon are able to hide their Vine Whips inside their bodies when some of them are like as small as Bulbasaur or a Chikorita? We see Chikorita using Vine Whip which protrude from its neck but, dont you think its weird to think that all that long thick vines are stuffed inside Chikorita's neck? Razor Leaf is also kinda weird. How can grass Pokemon grow leaves at once after a leaf is thrown for a Razor Leaf attack?

Same also with Fire Pokemon.

( Man, I've noticed that we are having lots of Pokemon mystery threads here around..hehe.. i think we are having too many...Im starting to think this thread isnt a good idea T_T )
Anyway, How can you explain this in your own?

I have no idea how to explain anything in that show, and I don't think there will ever a way to explain some of the crazy stuff.
I'm still trying to get over how Ash's Pickchu used a lightning attack and KOed Brock's Onix.

Because it's the magical world of anime, and things would be boring if pokemon obeyed the laws of physics and common sense. Seriously, it wouldn't be very interesting if Wartortle could only hold one gallon of water, would it? =[

I'm all for randomness and the like in the pokemon anime, it is the ONLY thing that stops it becoming (more) stale.

I hate it when magic happens in pokemon, but yeah you cant make waterso how do the water pokemon do it? And how does chickorita use razor leaf?

I'm more afraid of how the characters eyes are so big =[

But they probably just store when they drink/it rains.

Arcanine out.

Well obviously water Pokemon atomically combine the hydrogen in food and O2 in the atmosphere into water using photosynthesis extremely quickly. The reaction caused by the massive electron transport chaining obviously provides the many kilojoules of energy needed to propel the water. And the grass Pokemon obviously have cells that have evolved(ecologically, not evolved Pokemon style) some sort of reverse nuclear fusion to excract every joule of energy from the surrounding area, light, etc (lololololololol):D:p.

Bacon-boy's theory: Stuff just happens.

:p

Of course, the biggest question has to be: Why isn't team rocket dead yet?

well this is actually easy to explained in the anime, see:

Water Pokemon's Stomach have the ability to exract fluids from food & store it in a sac which runs up to their throats in a water squirter(In Blastoise it would be the Cannons)

In Grass Pokemon the vines are actually specialized appendage that can extend & retratct due to super elasticity.

In Fire Pokemon the stomchs con tain an extra sack full of the flammable gas hydrogen which is pre3ssured into their throats which contasin rough, coaqrse in side walls & act as a cataclyst to ignite the hydrogen(this is actually an explinaition from the Discovery Channel's special Dragons:A Fantasy Made Real, to explain that if dragons were real, then how would they breathe fire)

Water-Types: They simply extract water vapor from the air and supercool it to use.
Grass-Types: They have everything inside them in dehydrated form, and, again, use water vapor when they need to expand them.
Fire-Types: Their throats are laced with a flammable fuel.

you're right, it'd be boring. Though, i thought that Pokemon in a "real" world would have to mean that they follow the laws of physics. This thread i posted is getting boring for me bcoz all of you pretty much explained it :D

Well easy...

When their Saliva produces Water produces too then stores in the Stomach while cleansing the Saliva it becomes Water too... So every 5 seconds they store saliva then excrets them secretly :p

Tha's my theory...

They probobly have the Pokemon wear special suits off camera and then they use suringes like they do for fake blood in movies. In the anime world they have secret suits and stuff you can't see on camera that they use to launch there attacks and they have special cables attached to make it look like they launch it and all they do is press a button and the attack is launched.
For wind attacks they use a jet aircraft engine for those attacks and vine whip they use cables (I think) and water and fire attacks they use a suringe full of water and squirt it up through the prop they use for the Pokemon but I am not sure what they use for shadow ball or the rest of the attacks. It is some thing like that anyway. EDIt For electric attacks they use a battery and a wire and a bulb of some sort for their attacks I think. Remeber this is mostly just a guess for the things they do behind the scenes but theese are some of the things they do for movies so I think they do it for anime too since anime is like a movie.:)
