How do you calm down?

your more likely to not think logically when your angry then when your not, video games are just something to take your mind off thing's and give's a sort of release so that when you come back to the situation its easier to deal with. cya

P.S. my friend say's the same thing's but I notice that he's rash when logical and angry then he is when peaceful and logical.
 
well, I have five siblings, so its not like my mom would miss them anyways, and we basically wrestle.(one time, I knocked out my step brother by kicking him against the dresser)

although, you probably shoudlnt take that advice....
what I do, is usually when Im mad I'll start working on a project. It also works when Im sad. Like, when I was sad and angry when my dad called and said he couldn't make it to my play(and I had a main role!). I just pretended I really was my character, and I ignored it, and it went away.

The next time you're mad, you should try and play GTA. Cause havoc, kill people, blow them get, line up cars and blow them up on the street, get the military in action and then take their tank and cause more havoc. I'm sure there's more you can do but that's what I usually do, just get creative. That can calm you down.

I wasn't sad or depressed, I was angry. And some of your answers....worry me....
But to each his own I suppose.(or however it goes >.>)
 
Just lose yourself in a activity that you enjoy. It's perfect when you just need a little bit of rest from the life that's going around you. Dosen't have to be anything in particular, just play a video game (Dosen't even need to be violent at all), or read a book. I can't tell you how many times I compleatly forgot the situation that was going around me, because I was too busy stopping a power-hungry electric company from taking the life from the planet.

Just don't listen to any music you enjoy. A favorite song can be instantly ruined by relating it to the negitive feelings that are happening at that moment.
 
You should try to do stuff that you like to do. You can try to listen to your favorite music or play games that you like to play.
