Just go to the website, sign up for an account, upload a picture, blah blah blah.
 
ok, here's how i do it...

Upload a picture in the above link. Then, wait for it to load after you click on 'host it'. Then, a lot of URL links will appear. Scroll down the page until you see 'direct link to image'. Copy the URL. After you copy the URL, go to "edit signature" and type

Well, yes. Now go to your change signature page (you have to click on User CP first) then paste it in your signature and it should be like this:
