How do you play 2 player in Mario Super Strikers Charge

I can not find out how to play against my brother just normally. If you can help me please do.

Domination Mode is for regular 2-player play. To have a human character play against you, have that person select a home team or away team rather than first player doing everything.

You can also have a second player join as the computer's team in the middle of the match by having him put his token on the computer's side in the "Change Sides" option.
