Ruling How Does First Ticket Work Now?

It's still legal in Modified, but the rulebook has the turn structure putting the coin flip BEFORE drawing your cards. So is First Ticket just completely useless?

I believe the card was basically rendered useless.

Yep, you are still allowed to have it in your deck, but it does nothing.
