It has definitely given me lots of entertainment, something to obsess about by times xD, lots of great times (still remember when my first pokemon evolved back in yellow, I was like "WTH?" (my english wasnt broad enough to understand the word evolving), and a franchise that I can call "signature" (vs my brother's Super Mario and my other brother's sonic)
Thats all I can think about, besides of Pokemon being fun xD

Pokemon has affected my life very well, I've made new friends online, and at school who share the same interest.
It also entertains me at free times and is very joyful and just well has made a big part of my life, I mean I think about Pokemon proabaly 85% a day.

I've grown up with it, it's grown with me. It's gotten be through life, good times and bad, hard times and sad. Pokemon is the essence of my childhood. Though it was occupied with things such as Legos and NeoPets and thing such as that, it is the one franchise I associate with my childhood. No, it is more than a franchise, it's like an old friend.

I love Pokemon so much all I ever think, talk, dream about is Pokemon related stuff! Well not really but it seems like it.
Also it helps me calm down when I'm upset, makes me happy to play the TCG and the VG and I turn into a drooling idiot when I watch the Anime. (though it's mainly only for a really good episode from the older seasons) You litteraly can't look ANYWHERE in my room without seeing at least one Pokemon related thing! (well except the ceiling, but that's because I can't reach up there without a ladder or standing on my bed)

Beeing into pokemon has affected my life in alot of ways like: giving me and my best friend and my cousin to play besides video games, Making me have less money =P, another thing for my parents to get mad at me =(,making new friends, an extra hobbie, making me happyer. Even though my parents dont like me beeing into pokemon i dont care because i love it! PFL!!!(PFL=pokemon for life)

i was in the 6th grade way back in the day when pokemon first hit the U.S. well, ever since then i have been into it. its definitely had an impact on my life. and now, i hope to have my kids enjoy the game as much as i did growing up.

Naww, just kidding. I just have to balance a lot more things now, and be more careful about where I spend my money. But, I've met a lot of great friends through the game, so I'd say it's done good and bad, but mostly good.

But Pokemon is just a subject, just like Marvel. It serves as some sort of interest and inspiration. The only time I write for fun involves mostly just fan fiction on Pokemon. Also, Pokemon can be adorable, so what's not to like? ^_^
Pokemon has introduced me to a ton of my friends today. Also, my family introduced it to me when i was really young, so it reminds me of when I was a small little kid. Pokemon also has helped me think more logically (playing the TCG) and given me a hobby.
Pokémon has affected my life in a very positive way I actually started out with the anime I remember getting up early on the weekends but there was times I didn't get up early enough and I would be infuriated.I also would collect the cards.Well going on I actually got into the games around the Gold and Silver games a good friend of my uncle's was actually selling his Game Boy Color and one of the games he was selling along with the Game Boy Color was Pokémon Gold with two other games I can't seem to remember and I instantly was hooked and then I told my mom about my new found obsession and we went to Toys R Us and she bought me Pokémon Silver about a week later and everything else is history.Yeah and about how it affects me positively well it gives me something to do when I'm bored to death and I also met some really great friends with Pokémon I also found PokéBeach which is one of the coolest sites ever both news and forums wise.
