How many attacks?

I remember Rocket's Mewtwo being the first card with 3 attacks. Apart from that, I don't think a 4-attack card has been released.
Most cards have a maximum of 1 Poke-Power and 1 Poke-Body, except for the new Porygon-Z (LV. X?) with 2 Poke-Powers, but as for the rules, there is no limit to these statistics.

EX Emerald Exploud has four attacks.

A card can have whatever it wants on it, as long as it'll fit.

The card with two powers is indeed Porygon-Z LV.X.

Snorlax (d) also had two abilities - one power and one body. There's also a Tyranitar with 4 attacks, but I can't remember which one.

Yup, Tyranitar was the second pokemon to have 4 attacks & that Tyranitar is the ex version from EX Unseen Forces...

Also, Exploud (HL) had 4 attacks as well and was actually the first card to have 4 attacks on it.
OH, and Igglybuff (CG) also had a Poké-Power and a Poké-Body, and again was the first to have that combination.
So, at the moment, it's 4 attacks maximum and 2 Powers/Podies maximum. Of course, there is a chance that will be more at some point in the future, but the limit they can have is the amount of space on the card...

i guess a card can have as many attacks as it can fit on the card lol
