BW/BW2 How many different pokemon can you get in the Dream World

I have been wondering. This dream world can really help people build up their team. But are there only certain pokemon you can get in the dream world, or every single one?

Because i want two starters on my team, but i dont know if i can get one from the dream world. I want tsutaja from the dream world because i like his new ability.
 
When you go in the Dream World, you can play MiniGames and befriend as many Pokemon as you can, but when you get to the tree at the end of the "maze", you can only pick one to send to your game and only if you have a berry in the Dream World, which shouldnt be too much trouble.
Serebii has a page of Pokemon in what Locations on his site, but I wont post a direct link because of advertisement rules. But you'll be able to find it yourself.
 
I've looked at Serebii.net, but where specifically could you find a Tsutaja?
