Hey guys I have this Charizard thats a triple misprint

First off it has the fighting energy. It has the year 2012 instead of 2013. The Charizard is also Dark Blue when its suppose to be Black.
My question is how much is it worth?

I do have a question, how come the copyright date is 2012 when the cards came out in 2013?

The copyright date is the date on the copyright, which has to be renewed every year. If it is printed after the renewal, it will have the newer date. See http://www.pokebeach.com/forums/thread-collector-s-guide?pid=2233071#pid2233071 for an example of this.

There has been a controversy over these cards as using acetone can remove the image from a Pokemon card, so the legitimacy of those put up for sale is in serious question. Although I do not doubt that yours are real, not everyone's are.
This controversy has drastically effected the price. At one time, the cards were selling for $30 average with the holo ones going for around $40. But ever since people figured out you could make your own, the price dropped. If I were you, I'd hold on to them and try and sell them for $10 or however much you could get for them on a forum or in person, as I don't see too much of an Ebay market (last time I checked).
Shiny Charizard has always had a dark blue/Charcoal hue to it. Since nobody answered the price question, its going for a pretty consistent 50$. Making me wish I sold mine when it was at 100...
So, I have a Sharpedo card on me that has an error to it, and I'm wondering if anybody knows about this, or has seen one of these before. The border on top is very thin, while on the bottom it is much thicker, so I guess it was cut wrong. It isn't in Bulbapedia's error card list, and Troll And Toad doesn't have it listed in their shop. I'm pretty sure the card is legit, since I don't think I traded for it. That was too long ago for me to remember, and I only remember trading a few times back then. Here is the card:

Sorry for the bad picture. My phone doens't have a flash on it, and having a light over it looked best to me. I can try to get a better one if you guys want it, or one without the flashlight.
