How To Counter VileGar

Sableye with Spdark + Flashbite to donk there lone Spiritomb start? or at least harm there set up

this has happened vs me a lot :(
 
An important advantage of Absol G Lv.X as a VileGar Counter is that it allows you to discard some trainers with Dark Slugger
 
@Calzum -> play 1 Sableye, with 1 Darkness Energy, and having both cards at the first turn, against a trainer lock deck? LOL

Absol is good imho, but now I feel good with 1x Regice and attacking with Luxray and Garchomp. Thanks however for all the suggestions, if you have other advice, post'em here! :D
 
@Shaymin Lv.X: I'm talking about the discard effect with Darkness Slugger to reduce Poltergeist damage, not about Dark Burial.
