Ruling How to KO Wailord EX in 1 hit

A lot of Cards...
Sceptile Ex, Charizard Ex, Lugia EX, Muk EX, Dark Muk for instance.
 
Scep ex- Slashing strike 100 x2 weak 200 KO
Charizard ex- Burn down 200
Lugia EX- Elemental Blast 200
D Muk Slimy wtr 140 wknss not enough
Muk ex Slimy wtr 40+50 180 weak not enough
Another one that can knock waillord ex out is Electrode HL knocks out both active Pokémon regardless the HP
 
These will all OHKO Wailord ex, according to RS-on Modified. This list does not include attacks that do x damage times Energy attached to anyone.

the easiest way to ko wailord ex in one shot is throw down dessert ruins and use weezings liability to bring his HP down to 10 and dessert ruin takes care of the last remaining 10 HP wailord he has left

I would use a Legend Maker Seedot with Continuous Tumble, flip until you get heads. It is grass so, it will do 20 for each heads instead of 10.

My friend got 7 heads in a row against a Kabuto in a pre-release. It is possible.
 
one of the ways you can ko wailord in one hit is with primeape
toss cost 2 energy but u discard pokemon tools
30 damage per pokemon tool
30 x 7 = 210 pokemon tools needed to ko wailord
