How to send in bulk

So I want to start get rid of my bulk pokémon cards and I wanted to know whats the best way to send them and how you would protect them and sort them like if i should sleeves all holos and stuff, things like that since I've never sent large quantities of cards thorugh the mail I'm afraid they might not get to the condition they were originally promised to be in.

Most people ship bulk in flat rate boxes. I'm not too sure how they secure the cards inside. Most companies buying bulk want the cards unsleeved, so if I were to send in bulk, I'd just wrap stacks of cards in bubble wrap and place them in the box and then place addition packing material to prevent the stacks from moving.
 
Ok thanks for the answer, I'll ship in stacks and no sleeves but ill bubble wrap all around the to minimize any damage possible.
 
I find sending in sleeves a lot easier you can fit up to 9 cards per sleeve normally
this adds a little bit more protection when sending flat rate.
