I've run across a few of these in my time playing and collecting, and I was wondering what the situation of their original release was. Were they released as some sort of League reward, as with the holo Energy from the Diamond & Pearl era? How common are they to find? I'm hoping that it's feasible for me to be able to obtain enough of these for my reconstruction of Tom Roos's Legendary Ascent deck.
