Basically what you do is Berserker Blade 2 of their benched Pokemon for 40 damage with Hydreigon and with Darkrai/Cresselia LEGEND you use Moon's Invite to spread those damage counters on other Pokemon.

What else can make it better?

They both have massive retreat costs, so switching them out isn't really that easy. Also, even with DCE it takes a long time to build up Hydreigon. 60 on the active isn't that much and 40 on 2 bench isn't great. Sure, you have 140 to move around and (almost always) get a KO with, but it takes 2 turns to kill something that way unless you can KO basics on the bench, which is impractical to think about since it takes so long to power up Hydreigon in the first place. Their big hp's aren't really enough to make the idea worth while.

Here's what I would probobly run:

4-3-4 Hydreigon
2-2-2 Emboar
2-2 Darkrai & Cresselia Legend
3 Pichu
------------------------------------------ 24 Pokemon.
-------------------------------------------------------------
4 Rare Candy
4 Pokemon Communication
4 Pokemon Catcher
2 Energy Exchanger
3 Pokemon Collector
4 Twins
--------------------------- 21 T/S/S/
-------------------------------------------------------------
12 Fire Energy
3 Psychic Energy
-------------------------------------------------------------

Keep in mind this list thrown together in only a few minutes and is probobly not as good as I think it is. :p

Emboar would probably just slow this down, and since Pichu can't set up legends its going to help your opponent more than you. Anyway, realize that you are usually only getting a KO every 2 turns, and unless you are really lucky and draw into multiple DCEs, it will be hard to get it off before turn 4, which is pretty slow and gives your opponent to kill the Hydreigon you are charging. Its a good idea and if Hydreigon wasn't so bad (3 retreat cost, weakness to Donphan, that just spells trouble) but it would just be too slow. Losing two prizes when DCL is KOed isn't great either. Well, I suppose if you run Dodrio and a bunch of DCEs and Energy Exchangers you can get the speed to pull this off and the ability to sort of get around Catcher, although Donphan would still be a near-autoloss.

I tried this, its not as great as you think, it could have been my deck list but even when it was set up it wasnt that great. It could work if you set up in like 2-4 turns but even then its not sooo great.

You are only moving 80 damage over to another pokemon. And once you get a DCL up and running with the Hydra. They will already be set up to. So 80 damage is not great late game. Even if you used the attack twice you could faint most pokemon on the bench. But it is just way to slow in a catcher format.

Wouldn't Tyranitar be better than Hydreigon here? Sure it does 20 less damage per attack (total, assuming a bench of 5), but for 3 less energy. Just a thought.

I'd probably run Electrode Prime in here over Emboar, that way you have a greater chance of getting Twins off and you can pump energies onto Hydriegon as well. Might want to consider Reuniclus for Damage Swap instead due to the threat of Donphan/Machamp.

Tyranitar Prime doesn't really help the deck strategy that much, and the energy line for this deck should be 4 DCE, 4 Rescue, 3 Psychic, and 4 other Basic Energies since Electrode can attach Basic and Special Energies from the deck with it's Power. Seems like it could work I suppose.

Maybe squeeze in a 2-2 Slowking HS line for Second Sight so that you know what you're getting with Electrode to attach energies and stall as well. You would have to run maybe a 3-2-3 Hydriegon line to pull it off probably though. It's a thought but it's something to think about.

Meh, I tried this already because I thought I would consistently get double knockouts but it wasn't what I thought. It's just way too slow to get both out and play effectively on the field.

However, I tried Kyuurem/Gatr/DCL which uses the same concept. Maybe not tier 1, but still usable. Slap an eviolite on Kyu and you got yourself a tank. Throw 2/3 Pichu in and give your opponent a serious dilemma.

CSJ, I meant Tyranitar instead of Hydreigon. Much faster and more efficient, and less space used, as well as ability to use Max Potion.

Anyways, Slowking is pointless. It doesn't affect Electrode at all; it's not worth the space.

I think you're right, T-Tar would be more consistent with DCL than Hydreigon plus it can utilize Max Potion nicely If it's mainly going to be using Darkness Howl a whole lot.

2 is not a massive retreat cost. Subpar? Yes. But not massive.
