Hydreigon and Haxorus

Just had an awesome idea! Hydreigon is weak to Donphan right? Why not put Beartic in the deck and have water energies? Does anyone else think this is good? I also thought Mandibuzz could be in some kind of Hydreigon deck.

dang that is still good. hmmm.... *millions of new deck ideas spring up*

imagine... all the possibilities....

o_O multiple ones on the bench.....oh god. just do

4 collector
4 {P} victini
4 {R} victini
15 {P} energy

and you win every time....T1 almost guaranteed 120 o_O

You can only have 4 Vctini anyways:
2 {P} victini
2 {R} victini

You cannot make a deck based only on Victini, it will only work as a tech.

Pachirisu Shaymin Hydregion anyone?

I think that Hydregion will be PLAYABLE, but not good. He has a large 150 hp with a resistance to psychic which is awesome. He is weak to fighting, but machamp kills most stuff 1 hit anyway and people run pluspower. RDL does 130, Bad emboar does... 150 (but lets not think about him) and resh does 120

when catcher comes out I think it will be useful as you can pull up stuff to do the right amount of damage. I don't think Hydregion needs a partner - but i'd probably partner him with Cinccino and Mandibuzz (3/3 cinc and 2/2 mandibuzz)

he has a very good ability of being able to snipe bench sitters like, anything but reshiram or evolved. He will 2hko sunflora, ninetales (80hp? or 90...), pachirisu, shaymin, while OHKOing cleffa, pichu... and that's about it (but that is big, to ohko cleffa while it's benched)

No Pachi Skymin. You'd need 2 {L}, and a DCE. And that only works with Zekrom because Zekrom is basic.

Yeah, it would take a while to get HPS working. Victini Donk could be so broken in the future if it goes global.

Why is the other Victini getting ignored?

Victini 70 HP

{R}{C} V-Generage. 100
If you don't have 5 Pokémon on your bench, this attack fails.

Even so, 2 energies for 100 is still pretty good. With Pokémon collector, it's not that hard to get a full bench.

Also, the Hydregion looks like it could be cool. It can abuse double colorless, and special darks. I think that one has a lot of potential. The Haxorus is just lol.

You know, I like the Haxorus a lot, why? No weakness. 140 base HP and can hit for a possible 100 for a DCE. Sure it's flipsy, but the Victini could help with that. Also it has Giga Impact, and you can retreat out of the not being able to attack effect. Play heavy amount of Switch and SSU, and you can abuse Giga Impact, and have back up attack for when you know you can't switch with Dual Chop. I think the Haxorus is much better than the Hydreigon, but people seems to hype things that you can pair with Emboar so, guess which one people think is better.

^Haxorus is better IMO, I would see them both as rogue decks though.

You could run them together, but they have no synergy besides DCE. It would be funny to run a Pokemon line like this:

3-2-3 Hydreigon
3-2-3 Haxorus
2-2 Cincinno BW(this thing is good with anything that runs DCE)
2-2 Mandibuzz BW
2 Cleffa HGSS/CoL or 2 Stantler UL

Something like that.

I agree with you. If a toolbox/luxchomp-esque deck is going to exist in the next format, this card would definitely be an awesome tech for it. If we only get one of the victinis this is the one I want.

This would be way too crowded, a problem with Toolbox's that well... Aren't SP. I would cut it down to this if you are considering playing it.

2-1-2 Hydreigon
3-2-3 Haxorus
4 Cleffa HGSS/Stantler UL

I think playing Hydreigon and Haxorus together doesn't make any sense: Hydreigon spreads and Haxorus just does massive basic damage to the defending pokemon, they don't match. If you use switch\SSU\Dodrio in a Haxorus deck, you won't pair it with Hydreigon, you'll choose a pokemon witch has 2 or less retreat cost, or even better, no retreat cost. To make it even better, it would be a pokemon witch uses DCE. Machamp Prime could be good for his power, Chandelure too because of its ability, or maybe Yanmega Prime... I didn't find a good partner witch has the 2 advantaged, but I didn't really look very far, it shouldn't be very hard to find ;)

something cool to use with hax would be pokemon catcher and pokemon reversals and pokemon circulator. while he cant attack u bring up a crap poke with high retreat and wait. or you could tech in a serperior so u can half heal the damge hax takes.
