Hey my strategy is quite simple. Lugia gets the +20 Hp from Umbreon and most of the deck is to keep getting plasma energy to Lugia and sustaining it, I have Hydregon And Absol to attack them while i power it up and Mew-two EX and Crysellia EX for back up. Tell me what you think! I'm very new and this is the first deck i put together that did not start from a starter deck so please* ALL advise is helpful.

Save yourself some time. Take out the Hydreigons and the Bisharps. They take too long to set up, their extremely donkable, and the attacks are hardly worth the effort. Try something like this:

3 Lugia; your main attacker.
1 Mewtwo; back up tech and why not.
1 Absol; really good non EX attacker.
3 Umbreon; extra HP
1 Glaceon; maybe for the Free Retreat with Lugia. Just an idea.
4 Eevee

Put the other six spots towards Supporters. Max out N and Juniper first.

Good news is that Mewtwo and Lugia (soon) are released in tins, so they're pretty cheap!

Hey can you guys tell me the necessary trainers for a team plasma deck? like which trainers and supporters and items. also which ace spec card do you think will benefit the deck more? I'm thinking rock guard.

For supporters you want something like this.
4 N (staple in every deck)
4 Professor Juniper (staple in every deck)
2-4 Skyla (gets those items)
0-3 Bianca (when you have do not have a big hand)
1-2 Colress (late game N)
0-2 Shadow Triad (gets back all you team plasma pokemon)
you want 13-15 Supporters in every deck.

For Ace Spec, It is really mostly opinion but the good one's I know are
Dowsing Machine (gets back that item you really need)
Scramble Switch (when someone is damadged or a suprise attack)
Life Dew (they take 7-8 prizes is really good)
(I did not say Computer Search because it is very expensive).

For Trainers you want 30-38 Trainers some good one's include
Team Plasma Ball (gets you the pokemon you need)
Colress Machine (Energy Acceleration)
Hypnotoxic Laser and Virbank City Gym (extra Damadge)
(this list goes on for a long time so I am going to stop.)
