Where do I begin? It's so awkward! HYPERVENTILATION.
Wait.
Aha!

This is my Ninetales Amoonguss deck, although I don't know if it's a variant/ rogue because I haven't bothered to look at any NA builds. All I know is that it's relatively cheap, and honestly fun to build. This is my second deck list posting on here, but this is a deck I actually like (contrary to my Bellossom Mawile deck of the former format which was never really going anywhere anyway).

The deck is honestly not complete, however, I do have the full list prepared, because that makes sense.

POKEMON: 24
3 Ninetales (DrEx) [need 1 more]
4 Vulpix (DrEx)
3 Amoonguss (ND) [need 1 more]
4 Foongus (ND)
2 Darkrai EX (Promo) [need 1 more]
2 Hydreigon (DrEx) [need 1 more]
1 Zweilous (DrEx 96)
3 Deino (DrEx 94) [need all 3]
2 Emolga (DrEx)

TRAINERS: 26
4 Professor Juniper
4 N
4 Cheren
4 Level Ball
4 Devolution Spray
2 Pokemon Catcher [need 1 more]
2 Super Scoop Up
2 Switch

ENERGY: 10
4 Blend Energy GRPD
6 Fire

As you can see, I put the amount still needed for my physical deck next to what it is I need, but this is the complete 60-card deck.

I will concede that this deck is not the greatest, or very competitive in any way, unless it is, and I just don't know it. Please, instead of ripping it to shreds, just kindly point out any ways to improve it. :)

Really nice deck, man!
You're almost done with the build, yes?

What is the hydreigon doing in this deck? I don't see the synergy between Ninetales/ Amoongus and Darkrai/ Hydreigon. I would suggest only playing one.

I'm wondering that also...

I'm basically experimenting with it, using the Hydreigon to move around Blend Energies as Darks, and attach them to Ninetales or Amoonguss as Fire or Grass respectively as needed. It's not the best idea, but I think it's fun! Darkrai is just in there for kicks.

You never want to attack with Amoonguss, never. ^^"
You might not have some cards, but still please post then the "perfect list" so we can discuss it and maybe prevent you from buying something. :p

Would add 2 SSU, since there your main source for powering Ninetails damage to a 1-KO (thanks to Amoonguss).
If you want to stick with Hydreigon, at least only play it as 2-1-2 line, also 2 Darkrai EX should be enough.
Might sound wierd but why not a Mewtu EX? You can easily power it up and thanks to 7! Catcher effects get what you need to get killed. :p

I guess this deck isn't bad... But Hydreigon still is nearly useless with only 4 energy to move. I'm not sure exactly what to change, but unless there are some more dark energy, I would suggest to drop hydreigon altogether.

Agreed. Never attack with Amoongus, and Ninetales only requires one energy to attack. And with 90 HP, you're not going to Max Potion. Take out Hydreigon, and focus on speeding up the Ninetales/Amoongus lines. What's going to hurt you is after you can't re-evlolve Amoongus, so I would add Shaymin EX (keep the blend) to give you a "finisher" once you start to stall.
