Ruling Hypnotoxic question and Promo question

1. When I use Hypnotoxic laser, the pokemon is poisoned. When would the pokemon take the 10 damage? IE: Every beginning and end of turns.

2. Are Play! Stitch holo cards legible for play?

3. Are Double colorless energies from older sets allowed in decks? Look at above scan.

1. As of the time when HTL is played, the Defending Pokemon is Poisoned. It can be removed like any other Poison Special Condition.

2. Those are the league promos. They have their own set number, copying the set number they were originally from. That card is Heartgold&Soulsilver 103/123, so normally that wouldn't be legal if it's in an old set, but...

3. Double Colorless Energy, as you know, has been reprinted in Next Destinies. The effect has remained unchanged. Older DCEs can be used without issue in Modified format (as long as Next Destinies remains legal).
