I need calls!!

Just say, "Hey mom, can you get me 4 Call Energy for my birthday?" And then show her online what they also look like.

thats the whole problem, theyre like 10 dollars each and I dont feel like paying 40 dollars. Ive been trying to trade for them, but nobody has them at my local leagues for trade. And on pokebeach trading for them is about as hard as pulling them. and why are people giving their numbers to call them? I said call energies.

I would ask for money and then try and buy the calls at Nats possibly if you are going. There will be a lot of people and there will be most likely one person with a play set of call energies ready to be sold. That way, you can haggle for a lower price since you are 'buying in bulk'.
Aside from that, you can do what the other guy said and just ask for money, that way you can buy the calls and possibily have money left over to spend on what ever you want.

You can probably ask you parents if they are willing to buying you the cards. If they say "no", then try saving up the money and then buy it.
