^Don't think so, otherwise it wouldn't cost 9-10 bucks. Isn't Call an Uncommon? If you consider that there are 3 Uncommons a pack, and 36 packs then you'll get 108 regular uncommons. If we say that the reverse foil is cut up evenly among the rarities then 36/3=12 108+12=120 uncommons. There a 30 uncommons in MD so mathmatically you'll get 4 of each uncommon. Unfortunately it doesn't work this way, but you'll end up with at least 3 and at the extreme worst 2.

Yeah anyhow, I agree with the idea of just nicely letting your parent(s) know that you need this specific card, and telling them where to get it. Can't lose, right?
