I'm just getting back into the game and want to try building this deck, it's bw-on because I don't want to buy a bunch of cards that just get rotated out in a few months. So give me your opinion on this deck and tell me how I could improve it for tournaments and stuff like that. Thanks!

I know it is everywhere it helps deck out alot you can get basically anything you need to win the game. I would use it for a modified deck as well xD
